Meetency is an AI-powered voice assistant platform that answers calls, understands customer requests, and automatically books appointments for your business. Our Service uses artificial intelligence and natural language processing to provide 24/7 automated customer service and appointment scheduling capabilities.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 To use our Service, you must:

4.2 Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected during registration.

4.3 All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy. We may offer a refund within 7 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service.

4.4 We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent billing periods.

4.5 If payment fails or is overdue, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

- ElevenLabs (for voice AI)
